Driver FAQ

Pay & Compensation
How often do drivers get paid?
Drivers are paid weekly via direct deposit. Your pay is processed every Friday and hits your account the same day or next business day depending on your bank.
What is the pay structure — CPM or percentage?
We offer competitive CPM (cents per mile) rates. The exact rate depends on experience and the position. Contact us or call 747.332.7224 for current rate information.
Are there any bonuses or incentives?
We offer performance-based incentives for drivers who consistently meet delivery standards and maintain a clean record. Details are discussed during the hiring process.
Routes & Schedule
What lanes do you run?
Our primary dedicated lane runs between Southern California and Denver, Colorado. We also operate nationwide reefer lanes. Consistent routes mean you know what to expect week to week.
How is home time structured?
Because we run dedicated lanes, home time is predictable. Most drivers are home regularly and we work to keep it that way. Specific home time depends on your assigned route and position.
Is this OTR, regional, or local?
We have both dedicated regional (SoCal ↔ Denver) and OTR reefer positions. Depending on your preference and experience, there may be options available that fit your lifestyle.
Requirements
What CDL class is required?
We require a valid Class A CDL. You must be at least 21 years of age and have a clean MVR. Specific endorsement requirements depend on the division you're applying for.
How much experience do I need?
We consider drivers with a minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR experience. For reefer positions, prior temperature-controlled experience is preferred but not always required.
Do you hire drivers with violations on their record?
We review each application individually. Minor violations may not be disqualifying depending on the nature and timeframe. Call us at 747.332.7224 and we'll have an honest conversation about your situation.
Equipment
What type of equipment will I be driving?
Our fleet consists of late-model tractors and 53' trailers — both dry van and reefer. Equipment is kept in top condition with a strict preventive maintenance schedule. No deferred maintenance on our trucks.
Are trucks automatic or manual?
Our current fleet is automatic transmission. If you have specific questions about the trucks available, reach out and we'll walk you through what's in our fleet.
Application Process
How do I apply?
Fill out the application on our Apply Now page. It takes less than 5 minutes. Once submitted, someone from our team will reach out within 1 business day.
How long does the hiring process take?
We move fast. Most qualified applicants hear back within 24 hours and can be onboarded within the week depending on clearance of your background, MVR, and DOT physical.
I have more questions — who do I call?
